Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment & reservations

Full payment (100%) is required in advance to secure your photography session.

Cancellation & no-show policy

All payments are non-refundable. There are no refunds after booking.

Clients are expected to arrive at the agreed location on time.

A 15-minute grace period will be allowed for late arrivals. After 30 minutes without prior communication, the booking may be considered a no-show.

In the event of a no-show, the photography session will be considered canceled by the client. The full amount paid (100%), including applicable transportation fees, will be non-refundable.

Late arrivals will not extend the originally scheduled session time.

Any request to reschedule following a no-show will be treated as a new booking and will require full payment.

Rescheduling

Date changes may be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled session and are subject to the photographer’s availability. Changes requested with less notice are not guaranteed.

Weather conditions

In the event of heavy rain or unsafe weather, the photographer may reschedule the session to a mutually available date. Additional charges may apply depending on the location.

Transportation & travel fees

Sessions in Jacó, Playa Hermosa and Herradura include transportation at no additional cost. Sessions outside these areas incur a transportation fee of $1 USD per kilometer, calculated from Jacó to the agreed photography location.

All applicable travel charges will be disclosed before payment.

Booking confirmation

By completing payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to these booking terms.
